                                                   CALL TO WORSHIP (In Unison)

We look to You for the Word of the Kingdom.  May we be fertile soil that Your seed may be planted well in our lives.  By Your grace, may we return a yield of thirty, sixty, and a hundred times what we have been given in You

Let us worship the Living God

 AMEN

Hymn Today: “We Plow the Fields and Scatter”

1 We plow the fields and scatter The good seed on the land,

But it is fed and watered By God’s Almighty hand;

God sends the snows in winter, The warmth to swell the grain,

The breezes and the sunshine, And soft refreshing rain.

SONG OF RESPONSE: “We Plow the Fields and Scatter”

2 You only are the Maker Of all things near and far;
You paint the wayside flower, You light the evening star;
The winds and waves obey You, By You the birds are fed;
Much more to us, Your children, You give our daily bread.

3 We thank You, then, Creator, For all things bright and good,
The seed time and the harvest, Our life, our health, our food;
Accept the gifts we offer, For all Your love imparts,
And what You most would welcome, Our humble, thankful hearts.

PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE

 Pray for our brothers and sisters in this congregation as we continue to worship together.

As you lift each request to God, the appropriate response is “Lord, Hear My Prayer”

 THE LORD’S PRAYER (In Unison)

 Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.  Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil; for Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen.

OUR BENEDICTION AND DEPARTURE (In Unison)

May the Lord bless us and keep us. May the Lord make His face to shine upon us and be gracious to us. May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us and give us peace. Amen.
