This week, we shall be reading the book of Esther. It is an interesting story drawn from the
history of Israel. It shows God’s
faithfulness expressed through his people, yet, interestingly enough, God’s
name does not directly appear in the text.
It is a story, one among many in the history of God’s people, where
their destruction is being planned yet again.
